Construction is set to begin this fall with completion expected in Fall 2017. The 56,000-square-foot supermarket will feature a 1,000-item produce department with organic and local items, bakery, expansive deli-food service section with café seating, service meat and seafood departments, full-service pharmacy, and on-site Gas n’ Go fuel station. “Weis Markets is known in Frederick County for its strong combination of value, service, and quality,” said Jerry Connelly, Senior Vice President of Pleasants Development, LLC, developer of Brunswick Crossing. “Their store will be a tremendous addition to our growing community and a welcome community partner.
