Ryan Homes rolled out four new single-family homes in Brunswick Crossing, including a pair of Palladio floor plans. It’s hard to choose between ranch-style living and a cozy two-floor space.
That’s why we narrow down the differences in square footage, beds and baths, and special features for Ryan Homes Palladio Ranch and Palladio 2-Story.
Ryan Homes Palladio Ranch
Square footage: 1,900+ square feet
Bedrooms: 3+ bedrooms
Baths: 2+ bathrooms
Special features: Option for two bedrooms and a flex room instead of three bedrooms; option for finished basement with additional bedroom and full bath
Unlike its two-story counterpart, this new construction home is a true ranch. It has a classic ranch-style design with Renaissance flair in more than 1,900 square feet. Named after Andrea Palladio, a Renaissance architect known for his inspiring and innovative designs, this new home emulates his designs by layering a sophisticated style on a quaint and cozy atmosphere.
Everything you need in a new home is located on a single floor. The first-floor living set-up includes a new kitchen with an eat-in breakfast island and walk-in pantry. Nearby is the family room with an abundance of natural light (and an optional fireplace) and a dinette for casual eats. Off the family room is a rear-covered porch with optional screen.
Also within this true ranch floor plan is an owner’s suite with tray ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a private full bath with a double vanity. Two more bedrooms and another full bath complement the owner’s suite. You can also opt for two bedrooms and a flex room with optional French doors. Turn the flex room into a formal dining room.
Ryan Homes Palladio Ranch also has a two-car garage and the option for a finished basement with an extra bedroom and full bath.
Ryan Homes Palladio 2-Story
Square footage: 2,600+ square feet
Bedrooms: 3+ bedrooms with main level flex room or optional fourth bedroom
Baths: 3+ bathrooms
Special features: Upper level includes special loft, additional bedroom, and extra storage space
This new construction home combines innovative and inspiring design in more than 2,600 square feet. Also named after Andrea Palladio, Ryan Homes Palladio 2-Story offers two stories of gorgeous design.
On the first floor is a new kitchen with an eat-in breakfast island and walk-in pantry. Nearby is the family room with an abundance of natural light (and an optional fireplace) and a dinette for casual eats. Off the family room is a rear-covered porch with optional screen.
The main level offers three bedrooms and two full baths or two bedrooms, and a flex room with optional French doors. Within the bedrooms is the owner’s suite with tray ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a double vanity. The spacious upstairs also features an extra bedroom, full bath, loft, and tons of storage space.
Ryan Homes Palladio 2-Story offers a two-car garage and option for a finished basement, additional bedroom, and full bath.
